Polymathic Group respects your privacy. This website collects very little, and we handle what it does collect in line with Canada's federal privacy law, PIPEDA.
What this website collects
- The website has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
- Like every web server, ours keeps routine technical logs of each request: the page or file asked for, the date and time, the internet (IP) address it came from and the type of browser. We use these logs only to keep the website working and secure, and keep them only as long as those purposes need.
- Downloading a manual or program is recorded in the same logs. We don't ask who you are.
When you email or call us
If you email or phone us, we use your name and contact details only to reply and, if you are a client, to provide our services. We don't sell or share them, except with the providers that run our email and telephone service, or where the law requires it.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to other websites, including our affiliated firms. Those websites have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it, by contacting our privacy contact below. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Accessibility
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, so that people using screen readers, a keyboard instead of a mouse, or larger text can use it. If anything on the site is hard to use, let us know and we will help and put it right.
